Notice on the Application of Preferential Tax Rate for Taxable Vessels of the Republic of Liberia Finance and Taxation Notice [2024] 27
According to the provisions of the Ship Tonnage Tax Law of the People's Republic of China and the Maritime Transport Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Liberia, from December 11, 2024 to December 10, 2029, Liberian-flagged taxable vessels shall enjoy preferential tonnage tax rates.
